Getting Started

How do I create my first account?

Click on the Sign Up button and follow the registration process. You'll need to provide your business information and verify your email.

What are the system requirements?

Los Papatos works on any modern web browser. We recommend Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge for the best experience.

How do I import my existing inventory?

Navigate to Inventory > Import and upload your Excel or CSV file. Our system will guide you through mapping your columns.

How do I add a new product?

Go to Inventory > Add Product. Fill in the product details including SKU, name, price, and quantity.

Can I track inventory across multiple warehouses?

Yes! Los Papatos supports multi-warehouse inventory management. Set up your warehouses in Settings > Warehouses.

How do I set low stock alerts?

In each product's settings, you can set a minimum stock threshold. You'll receive notifications when stock falls below this level.

How do I process a new order?

New orders appear in the Orders section. Click on an order to view details, assign it to a warehouse, and process shipment.

Can I integrate with shipping carriers?

Yes, we support integrations with major shipping carriers. Configure these in Settings > Integrations > Shipping.

How do I handle returns?

Returns can be processed from the Orders > Returns section. Select the order and follow the return workflow.

Which marketplaces can I connect?

We support MercadoLibre, Amazon, Shopify, and more. Check Settings > Integrations for the full list.

How do I sync inventory with marketplaces?

Once connected, inventory syncs automatically. You can also trigger manual syncs from the Integrations dashboard.

Is there an API available?

Yes! Our REST API allows you to integrate Los Papatos with your existing systems. Find documentation in the API Reference section.
